Our Blue Ribbon reception was held at our school on Thursday, November 12.  Parents, staff, community members, and many special guests attend the event.  Hosted by seniors Kammeron Brisset and Taylour Harris, the US Department of Education officials, Shirley Jones and Marilyn Teague presented a congratulatory award as the Blue Ribbon flag was unfurled for this first time since its acceptance at the official ceremony held in Washington, DC on November 3.
